Ryan J. Lemmerbrock
Ryan J. Lemmerbrock is a principal with Muskovitz & Lemmerbrock, LLC. He has been practicing labor and employment law in Ohio since 2003. Ryan has extensive experience in representing both public and private sector labor unions throughout Northeast Ohio in various labor-relation matters, including collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, administrative hearings and general litigation. He has represented unions and employees in cases before various Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Court, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court, as well as various state and federal administrative agencies.
Ryan is the past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and a member of the Labor Employment Relations Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Ohio Super Lawyers magazine. Ryan has served as a lecturer to a number of associations on subjects including advocacy in disciplinary matters, vacating and enforcing arbitration awards and municipal residency requirements. He is also a contributing author for Elkouri & Elkouri, How Arbitration Works.
Prior to joining Susannah, Ryan was a law clerk for the Division of Judges of the National Labor Relations Board and the DC Employment Justice Center in Washington, D.C.
Ryan received a BA from Miami University in 2000 and a JD with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2003.
