"I love representing labor unions. It not only involves advocacy for employees, but involves issues that are current, political and important to the community. The people we represent all provide critical services to our area. They work hard, earn their pay and deserve the best representation possible. Good representation requires us to keep up with the changes in the law, to think outside the box, to be creative, and more importantly, to be bold in our strategies and advice. Our reputation in the community is that we are honest and tough. It is a reputation we are proud to have earned."
